We're excited to continue the healing work we began at Alive Oaks in a new riverside sanctuary in Espinhal, close to Coimbra. For the coming months, we will focus on personalized, one-on-one sessions, along with options for couples or friends who are comfortable sharing our cozy yurt accommodation.

Our programs are deeply intertwined, offering a holistic approach that includes delicious organic vegan meals, daily Qi Gong practice, sound baths, sound healing, and nature immersion. Sessions are crafted to meet individual needs, featuring soul readings, channeled messages, personalized healing sessions, and coaching.

In spring, we look forward to expanding the retreat center to welcome group retreats again, creating a space for transformation and rejuvenation.

TRATAMENTOS
Cada pessoa presente terá uma sessão de cura individual de 2 horas que é adequada à s suas necessidades - uma combinação de som, Ãmãs, canalização, trabalho corporal, cura multidimensional e xamânica.
Um dia de jornada guiada será incluÃdo para aumentar a transformação. Isso será discutido previamente de acordo com as necessidades das pessoas.
Teremos cÃrculos de compartilhamento à noite e passeios pela natureza durante o dia e você terá tempo suficiente para fazer um diário e integração. Também fornecemos métodos de terapia e enfrentamento - CBT / PNL para aqueles que desejam ou precisam. Assim, você tem as ferramentas e o suporte para continuar sua jornada no dia a dia.
ALOJAMENTO
Durante a sua estadia, sua acomodação será em uma de nossas belas tendas / yurt e temos uma casa de dois quartos todos muito limpos e confortáveis com uma vista deslumbrante paz e tranquilidade o lugar perfeito para relaxar rodeado pela natureza.
